Two families, Radić and Kelava, having no idea how this would be the beginning of a beautiful and long-lasting story, tasted the first hot bread from their family bakery.
Since then, every day with heart, the Radić family produces bakery products. Started as a small, family bakery, PEKAR is currently the industry that makes progress every day.
In 2005, the Stanić family recognized the potential of initiated projects and further strengthened the overall story. The company started to move towards the unstoppable growth.
Across Croatia and beyond, numerous satisfied customers recognize every day the taste of tradition, attention and love in rich and delicious products of PEKAR.
Continuous development, continuous investments and daily progress ensured to the company the position at the top of the Croatian bakery industry. Carefully prepared strategy, clear vision and follow up of trends resulted in high specialization for certain frozen and packaged products in large series and the production of fresh bakery products.
Traditional recipes and selected raw materials create a unique, distinctive taste of fresh and frozen bakery products. Bread crumbs, pasta and biscuits typical of our region complement our offer.
While respecting the highest standards of the food industry, modern production and modern technologies enable us to further develop and expand.
